My most memorable birthday was....

"My most memorable birthday was my 16th Birthday.  I received my Drivers License and that was the start of my independence!!   I lived 20 miles from the nearest town (not city, little town) and was able to shop or visit with friends without having someone drive me.   I had a old 1964 Ford Fairlane that I had to work on constantly to keep it running.  (I was a mechanic's daughter).  Wish I had that old junker now. LOL. Oh yes, 16 was a great year."

"My 18th. I had a massive 60's themed party. It doesn't seem important now, but back then I wasn't the most popular kid in school. I invited the popular kids and they came!

It's my most memorable because I was so happy."

I have had a lot of great birthdays..but I love my 6th or 7th birthday when my mom did a Pop Star party for me and everyone dressed up!  I dressed up like Gloria Estefan(that seriously dates me)!

My most memorable birthday was my 21st. My "then boyfriend" nearly knocked over the table when he got down on knee and proposed to me at Applebees. He is my husband now and we have been 5 wonderful years.
